The project aimed to improve the user experience of online recruitment events tailored for top MBA candidates from prestigious business schools. These events, typically lasting one or two days, provided recent graduates with opportunities to attend informative sessions and engage in open chats with HR representatives from various companies. HR representatives would then select candidates they wished to have one-on-one interviews with.
My role was to identify and enhance the online recruitment event platform by introducing features that facilitated seamless one-on-one interactions between HR representatives and candidates. This involved understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parties involved.
Conducted interviews with HR representatives and recent MBA graduates to understand their pain points and requirements for online recruitment events.
Identified existing solutions for rating and commenting on candidates.
Involvement of developers to evaluate feasibility and resources.
Developed user personas representing HR representatives and MBA candidates to guide the design process.
Created user flows to map out the journey of both parties throughout the event, from registration to one-on-one interviews.
