Enhancing Recruitment Process

The project aimed to improve the user experience of online recruitment events tailored for top MBA candidates from prestigious business schools. These events, typically lasting one or two days, provided recent graduates with opportunities to attend informative sessions and engage in open chats with HR representatives from various companies. HR representatives would then select candidates they wished to have one-on-one interviews with. 

My role was to identify and enhance the online recruitment event platform by introducing features that facilitated seamless one-on-one interactions between HR representatives and candidates. This involved understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parties involved.

• Wireframes and prototypes demonstrating the new features and their integration into the online recruitment event platform.

• Design specifications and documentation for the development team.

• Usability testing reports outlining feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Enhanced user satisfaction among HR representatives and MBA candidates participating in online recruitment events, as evidenced by positive feedback during usability testing sessions.
